In this lesson i asked someone to complete my questionnaire, i videoed their answers as evidence.

Audience research questionnaire: results and conclusions

In this lesson we tallied up the results form the questionnaire that we handed out, i have also included conclusions of what i should take into consideration when publishing my music magazine.

In this lesson we produced a questionairre and got in filled in by 20 people.

I chose this question as i think that asking how old they are will give me an idea on who i should aim my magazine at.

2. Are you male or Female?

I asked whether they where male or female as i think that it is an important part of publishing a magazine so that you know who you are aiming it at.

3. What is your facvourite Colour?

I asked this question because if i know what the persons favourite colour is i could use the colour which was most popular in my magazine.

4. What colour would you associate with Indie Music?

I asked what colour associates with indie music , i asked this because then i will know what colour i should use in my magazine.


5. Who is your favourite indie band?

I asked this question because i think that knowing a band is important so that i can include images and information about them in the magazine.

6. Which font do you associate with indie music?

I chose this question as it will help me to understand which font will go best with the genre of my magazine.


7. Which is your favourite music Magazine?

I asked which was there favourite magazine as i can look at other magazines that they prefer when producing my magazine.

8. How often would you prefer a music magazine to be published?

I chose to ask how often they buy a music magazine as it will help me to decide when i should publish my magazine and how often.

9.  What three words do you associate with Indie music?

I chose to ask about this question as i think that knowing what words they associate with indie will help me decide on the type of words and images i use.

10.  what do you think is the best section of a music magazine?

I chose to ask  what there best section was of the magazine, i asked this because i think that is important what they think so that i know what to include in my magazine.
